Return Policy

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing the order at HomeTroveCo@outlook.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations after 24 hours, as the order will already be in progress with the logistics company. Since we ship internationally, once the parcel is processed, cancellations are not possible.

Eligibility

Products purchased from HomeTroveCo.com are eligible for return, provided they are in their original condition, including the original packaging. Items that have been used, assembled, or modified are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at HomeTroveCo@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping and Handling

If the return is not due to our error, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the item has been returned. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping and handling charges unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you'd like. This helps us process your exchange more efficiently.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at HomeTroveCo@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and either replace it or issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotional events are subject to the same return policy as regular-priced items.

Exceptions

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
